Our Story
I started my steaming journey November 2019. Before then I knew nothing of it, after doing research, I found out it is an ancient practice that many cultures have been practicing for centuries! Since then, it has helped me in more ways than one. From reconnecting with my womb, my femineity and simply being present and sitting with myself. Most of all, vaginal steaming has helped me to release past trauma and the negative emotions associated with it. I then realized I could not keep this beautiful life enhancing secret to myself, thus, Cup, Teas & Steam came to fruition!
MEET THE OWNER
Hi. I'm Teresa
I am the owner of Cup, Teas & Steam. I've found my life path and accepted that I am a healer. I was born and raised in Detroit, MI then left when I was 20yrs old with a 2.5 yr old to join the military (Air Force). Since then, I have lived in Chicago, Las Vegas, Fort Walton Beach and Houston! I've also deployed to Afghanistan. Some hobbies that I enjoy are soap making, dirt bike riding, reading books on herbs, essential oils and the body.
Almost 5 years ago, I discovered what vaginal steaming was and have been hooked since! I decided to take healing into my own hands and have now decided to share what I have learned and experienced, trained and benefited from with you!
