Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Please allow 3-10 business days for your order ship after you've placed an order.

We ship via FedEx (larger orders) or USPS (smaller orders). Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and all associated fees, including shipping insurance if requested (please send an e-mail to request it). 

We do not ship with signature confirmation, but can if you request it. Please be sure to triple check your address as Cup, Teas & Steam is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you input the incorrect information and request a change there will be a $10 inconvenience fee to make the correction. Your order will not be shipped until the payment is made. 

Please be aware that Cup, Teas & Steam is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our facility. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

International orders are shipped via the least expensive method in order to save you costs. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Cup, Teas & Steam is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28 plus days to arrive once shipped. Please check the tracking information sent via email should you have any questions.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We do not accept any returns, exchanges whatsoever but I do want you to love your purchase! The majority of our products are for beauty & body use so they are final sale due to sanitary and safety reasons. Please be confident in your selections before finalizing your order. Should you feel strongly about discussing a problem with your purchase, please contact us at cupteasandsteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us, but please be conscious of the nature of our products. Please be advised that store credit will be given at the owners discretion. 

Damages 

Your order is adequately packaged with handling and transit in mind. While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at cupteasandsteam@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product AND shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product .

Variations

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages.
