Lisa's Garden Herbal Steaming Blend

This gentle and hemostatic blend is used to help strengthen and tone the uterus. Lisa's Garden Herbal Blend was created with herbs that assists with lengthening your menstrual cycle to stop fresh spotting or interim bleeding. It helps you to achieve a standard healthy 28-30 day cycle. This blend is commonly used for clients who are prone to short menstrual cycles that are 27 days or shorter, have two periods per month and spontaneous bleeding.

Best choice for:

• First time steamers.
• Short menstrual cycles--27 days or less. 
• Interim/spontaneous bleeding anytime in the past 3 months.
• Two periods per month.
• Great blend for monthly maintenance before or after your period.

Recommended use: 3 tablespoons of herbs per steam session. If you did not book a consultation for a custom plan, then steaming is recommended 1x per week for 10 minutes only.

**PRECAUTIONARY WARNING**

• If you have any of the aforementioned menstrual cycle imbalances, Lisa's Garden Herbal Steaming Blend is going to supersede any of the other herbal selections that you believe might suit you. Lisa's Garden is the most important blend for you to have.
• Do not steam when you are on your period.
• Do not use this blend if your menstrual cycle is longer than 30 days. This blend could possibly cause your cycle to become absent/missing. 
• If you are using any form of birth control (oral, patch, IUD, etc.) do not steam for more than 10 mins.
• If you have genital piercings, please remove them, heat from steaming will cause the jewelry to burn you.
• If you have HSV (herpes) do not steam for more than 10 mins and DO NOT steam during an outbreak.
• DO NOT STEAM IF YOU ARE PREGNANT  OR THINK YOU COULD BE PREGNANT.
